We accept most personal injury claims/cases. If you were involved
in an automobile accident that was not your fault and are filing a claim against
the other driver's insurance, we refer to this as a third party claim. If you have
a third party claim our office will file a medical lien with the Pima County Recorder's
Office against the settlement of your claim. If you have medical payments coverage
or health insurance, we will bill those policies for you. However, if your health
insurance has a subrogation clause you will need to reimburse them for any payments
they have made to your account once you settle the claim. If you have hired an
attorney to assist you in settling your claim, we will work directly with your
attorney's office to ensure they are provided with information they request. We
also work with out-of-state claims.
When you come into the clinic for your first
appointment it is important that you have the following information with
you:
1. Date of your accident
2. Medical Payments Coverage information (if applicable)
3. Health Insurance information (if applicable)
4. Copy of your accident report (if available)
5. The third party insurance information
6. Attorney information (if applicable)
